Terms of Service

FlowFixr ("FlowFixr", "we", "us", or "our") is a workflow intelligence platform operated by John Smith Kristiansen.

By accessing or using the platform, you enter into an agreement with John Smith Kristiansen as the legal operator of the service. FlowFixr analyses workflow metadata to surface bottlenecks, friction signals and recommendations.

FlowFixr is currently offered in public Beta. Features may evolve, change or be removed without notice. We work hard to keep the service stable and useful, but Beta software may contain bugs or interruptions. Please report issues to support@flowfixr.com.

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be 16 or older (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction).
• One person or organisation per account, unless using a Team plan.

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, scrape or attempt to bypass access controls.
• Use FlowFixr to monitor individuals without their knowledge or consent.
• Upload unlawful, infringing, harmful or malicious content.
• Resell or sublicense the service without written permission.
• Use FlowFixr to build a competing product or train AI models on its outputs.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via our payment processor, Paddle, who acts as merchant of record. Prices are shown in EUR; applicable VAT or sales tax is calculated and collected by Paddle based on your location.

You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — no pro-rated refunds for unused time, except as required by law or our Refund Policy.

Founder pricing. If you joined under Founder Pro or Founder Team during Beta, your founder rate is grandfathered for as long as your subscription remains continuously active.

If a payment fails, FlowFixr will retry over the following days and email you calmly with a link to update your payment method. Your dashboard remains accessible during the retry window. If all retries fail, your account is automatically downgraded to the Free plan — your account, onboarding, history and operational profile are preserved. We do not delete accounts because of failed billing.

FlowFixr provides AI-generated operational insights and recommendations to support your decision-making. These outputs are informational and probabilistic — they do not guarantee specific business outcomes. You remain responsible for the decisions you take based on FlowFixr's insights.

We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" and "as available" during Beta. We may schedule maintenance or experience occasional downtime. We are not liable for losses caused by such interruptions.

FlowFixr, its software, branding and content are owned by John Smith Kristiansen. You retain ownership of the data you provide; you grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the service. AI-generated insights produced for your account are licensed to you for use in your own operations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlowFixr's total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.

You may close your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach of these Terms (such as abusive use, payment fraud, or violation of acceptable use). Where possible we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which John Smith Kristiansen is incorporated. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection law applies.
